DLM Real Estate LLC is a Kansas-based real estate investment company that buys distressed properties, does high-quality renovations, and converts distressed homes into assets that produce a profit. We acquire properties in as-is condition, no repairs necessary, no commissions, no complicated process.
From the acquisition of the property, we manage the full rehab process: licensed contractors, obtaining the material, overseeing the work, and final finishes. Every property we touch is completely transformed before they get rented out or sells. We also work directly with property owners who need renovation and rehab services. Whether it's a single update or a full gut rehab, we bring the same process and standards we apply to our own portfolio.
Our rentals are maintained to a high standard and managed directly by ownership, tenants deal with us, not a third-party company.

I’m a real estate investor focused on finding opportunities, adding value, and turning properties into profitable investments.
My work is all about acquiring distressed properties, going through the entire renovation, and making deals happen from start to finish. Every project is done with a focus on numbers, risk, and potential long-term value.
Real estate isn’t something I study, it’s something I actually do. I’ve been directly involved in multiple investment properties, putting in the time, money, and effort required to understand what makes a deal work.
In addition to real estate, my background in buying and selling cars has strengthened my ability to negotiate, identify value, and move quickly when opportunities arise.
